General Information
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
All orders will be acknowledged by email or fax. Orders must be submitted in writing with a purchase order number.
ART REQUIREMENTS
We accept files compatible with most graphics programs including Photoshop and Illustrator.
If your artwork needs to be upgraded, graphic services will be provided at cost. If the cost exceeds $50 the customer will be notified prior to order acknowledgement.
COLORS
PMS color matching is available at no additional cost. Translucent and glow in the dark colors are also available at an additional cost. CMYK matching is available and we will do our best to match as closely as possible. If you cannot accept a close copy match you must submit via mail a hard copy paper proof for proper CMYK duplication. This process can add up to 5 days to your production time.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
Federal law requires any imported items bear the mark of the country of original manufacture. This mark will be printed, stickered, stamped, or etched onto the backside or packaging of all items.
DIES & TOOLING
All molds, dies, piercing tools, screens, and films are stored and maintained by our factory for the exclusive use of the original customer for a period of two years. Die and film charges are service fees only and payment for such a fee does not constitute ownership and remains the property of the factory.
PACKAGING
Unless specified in writing all items are individually poly-bagged and boxed in master cartons.
A variety of presentation products and custom packaging options are also available upon request.
REORDERS
There are no die, mold, or tooling charges for exact reorders.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Any change or cancellation after receipt of order will be subject to charges based on any costs incurred at the time of the request.
RETURN POLICY
Factory authorization must be obtained prior to the return of merchandise for any reason. Prior to a return authorization a sample or clear photos of a sample that illustrates the problem must be sent to the factory for evaluation. Any return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
TRADEMARKS
Logos, names, and trademarks shown in brochures, flyers, catalogs, websites, and product samples are examples of work done by the factory. They are not for sale. Samples of products depicted may not be available in order to protect customer’s privacy. The factory assumes that clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks submitted for reproduction.
The factory assumes no responsibility for determining who does and does not hold title to a trademark. ALL liabilities in trademark or copyright disputes rest with the customer.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped FedEx or UPS unless other arrangements have been made or requested. Multiple destination shipments are subject to a $10 charge per destination after the first location.
OVER/UNDERRUNS
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted or custom merchandise, the factory reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order, and will bill accordingly.
CATALOGS & RANDOM SAMPLES
Reasonable quantities of catalogs and random samples can be provided at no charge. Client is responsible for shipping charges if express service is desired.
TERMS
Invoice payments are due 30 days from the time of delivery with approved credit terms. Any order exceeding $20,000 will be required to pay a 50% deposit in advance. Phone orders must be confirmed in writing via fax or email. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for your convenience.
PRICING
Pricing is based on the current price of raw materials and is subject to change at any time based on current market conditions.
PRODUCTION PROOF / PRODUCTION TIME
Production proof and production time varies depending on each product.
All of our products are custom made. Imprints, logos, or trademarks displayed on products are for the purpose of showing production capabilities only. Such use does not constitute an endorsement of the product, nor does it indicate that the product has been used or purchased by the person or company whose name or logo appear on the product. These designs are not available for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owners of such designs.
