Stellar Imports has policies and procedures that are robust and able to detect and deter non-compliant product from shipping to customers. Corporate brand equity for our high profile customers is protected by procedures that reduce the risk for product recalls, thus keeping news of any unsafe product out of the headlines. These processes include a commitment to assuring consumer safety and brand security is kept.

Design guidelines that cover legal and product performance requirements as well as raw material specifications, and product approval protocol that assures only product meeting specified design guidelines are approved for manufacturing. Testing guidelines for internal evaluations as well as third-party assessments are also performed. As safety, social, and environmental guidelines continue to evolve Stellar will be at the forefront of these changes and work to increase our customers awareness.

Product Quality

Stellar Imports has procedures in place governing product quality from design through manufacturing that provide a means to monitor and verify quality standards are maintained throughout the entire process. An expectation of quality is established with:

• Factory qualification programs to meet our high profile customer demands for excellent product
• A formally documented quality manual
• A process that assures only product for which an approved standard exists are manufactured
• A process for evaluating root cause and assigning corrective actions
• Inspections for both pre- and post-shipments
